This patient presented with embarrasing defects in his lower buttocks due to paucity of fat.  Dr. Truong performed a fat transfer to the lower buttock areas using the patient's own fat tissue.  The patient is seen her 4 months with dramatic improvement of both the contour as well as skin quality.
